11 Tools: Tool 1. My new friend Bill

My school district is starting a new program called 11 Tools. We have to finish 11 steps to get our prize!! I will be getting 5 mini lap tops and 5 itouches for my classroom! I can't wait!!!! So, step 1...create a Voki. I named him Bill and I think he's pretty cute!
